By Virtue of Judgment In The Case Set Forth Below: I shall sell to the highest and best bidder at the time and place above, the following real estate and improvements thereon in Barren County, Kentucky, to wit:

Also known as: 90 Lillians Lane, Glasgow, KY
For the purchase price, purchaser may pay cash, or may pay 10% of the pur-chase price in cash, with the balance of the purchase price secured by a purchase money bond due in thirty (30) days, with good and approved surety on the bond, and bearing interest at the rate of 4.5% per annum from date of sale until paid, said bond to have the same force and effect as a judgment and remain a prior and superior lien on the property until fully paid.
The property shall be sold with the im-provements thereon, “as is” and specif-ically subject to easements, restrictions and stipulations of record, assessments for public improvements levied against the property, and any facts which an in-spection and accurate survey of the prop-erty may disclose. Bidders shall be pre--pared to promptly comply with the terms of sale; purchaser shall pay property tax-es due for 2018 and following years.
The judgment authorizing the sale is a Judgment and Order of Sale in Barren Circuit Court Civil Action No. 17-CI-114, Kentucky Housing Corporation vs. Trevor Eich; Delores Defevers; Charles Defe-vers; Daniel McNab; Unknown Defen-dants, Heirs at Law of Roberta J. Eich; Unknown Defendant, Spouse of Daniel McNab; Unknown Defendants, Spouses of Heirs at Law of Roberta J. Eich; Unknown Defendants, any Person or en-tity who may be claiming an interest in the property located at 90 Lillians Lane, Glasgow, KY 42141; Brandi Eich; Travis Stockmoe; Unknown Defendant, Spouse of Travis Stockmoe; Naomi Lawson; Seth Lawson to recover the amount of $50,177.66, together with interest at the rate of 4.5% from July 1, 2016 until paid, and to recover the amount of $5,065.45, together with interest at the rate of 5.00% from August 1, 2016 until paid, including attorney’s fees approved by the court, and costs herein expended.
